We’re searching for a motivated and goal oriented individual to work in our Sales organization as a Sales Account Executive. 

The ideal candidate will also have a strong desire to work in immersive technologies such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Metaverses. This role is for a real self-starter/entrepreneur with a can-do attitude, healthy curiosity and enthusiasm to help develop Visyon to a position of industry leadership.



  • Acquire new clients in the European Union and build our pipeline from scratch.
  • Develop a strategic sales plan to cover the accounts, generate new relationships, and deliver maximum revenue potentiaL.
  • Manage the entire complex sales cycle, from qualifying business opportunities to closing the sale, presenting the value of our solutions to CMOs, CINOs, COOs and CHROs.
  • Teamwork with Solutions Consultants, Creative Consultants, Partners, etc. to deliver the best value proposition to the customers.
  • Keep up to date with company XR solutions.
  • Daily maintenance and responsibility for data quality in CRM and other tools.
  • Ensure forecast hygiene and accuracy.
  • Generate new ideas to improve overall business performance.
  • Meet / Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.


  • You preferably hold a degree in engineering or equivalent in experience.
  • You have a strong sales instinct and experience with complex solutions (XR is a plus).
  • You are a deal-hunter & negotiator.
  • You have ambition and hunger to overachieve.
  • You have proven experience of quota carrying sales and account management experience, preferably in the technology industry.
  • You’ve written a successful history of new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against revenue targets.
  • You’re creative, dynamic, and ambitious.
  • You’re organized, structured, and always have an overview of all the deliverables.
  • You have the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
